Ordering & Processing

Orders take 7–14 business days to create (not including shipping). Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Please provide inspiration photos, color preferences, and shape/length details for any custom orders. Prices may vary based on complexity.

A sizing kit is strongly recommended for the most accurate fit. If you choose to self-measure, GeminiGelx is not responsible for incorrect sizing.

Shipping & Pickup

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. GeminiGelx is not responsible for delays or lost/stolen packages once shipped.

Local pickup available in Raleigh, NC by appointment only.

Exchanges & Returns

Due to the custom nature of press-ons, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it.

Application & Wear

Each set includes prep kit + application instructions.

Press-ons can last 1–3 weeks with proper prep & care. Longevity depends on lifestyle and application method.

GeminiGelx is not responsible for sets that pop off early due to incorrect prep/application.

Design & Content

All sets are handmade—minor variations may occur.

Your press-ons may be photographed/posted for portfolio & promotional use. Custom requests are always credited to “inspired by client.”

Orders cannot be altered once production begins.

How to Order

1️⃣ Choose Your Set

Browse through the available designs or request a custom set made just for you! Be sure to include any inspo photos or color preferences.

2️⃣ Find Your Size

Not sure of your nail size? You have three options:

  • Come in person for sizing by me,

  • OR use the photo taking guide to send me pictures so that I can size you.

If you know your sizes already from a previous order, I have them written down and you will not need to do any of the above.


3️⃣ Select Your Shape & Length

Pick your preferred:

  • Nail Shape (e.g., Coffin, Almond, Stiletto)

  • Length (Short, Medium, Long, XL)

4️⃣ Place Your Order

Once you’ve finalized your design, size, shape, and length:

  • Submit your order via this FORM

  • Include all details + shipping info

  • Send payment to secure your spot


5️⃣ Wait for the Magic ✨

Once your order is confirmed:

  • Processing time: 10-14 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!
