Where are you located?

I am located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The full address will be provided the day before your appointment time.

What payment methods do you take?

I accept payment through SQUARE (card), or in CASH. The remaining balance must be paid at the end of your appointment.

Do you accept walk ins?

No, all appointments must be booked in advance. Same-day appointments may be available—please check my booking site for availability.

How long do services take?

Service times vary, but most appointments take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the design and service chosen.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows and late cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit or a cancellation fee.

Can I bring a friend with me?

Due to limited space, please come alone to your appointment unless you have prior approval.

What is your late policy?

There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled with a fee.
